The lack of physical fitness and overweight have become a growing problem. Every year we see more and more people who develop poor eating habits and spend more time in sedentary activities. If you’re one of these people can reverse this trend. One way to do this is with cardio exercises.

Prior to seeing the good and bad of cardio exercises is necessary to understand what it is. In general, people think of cardio as any type of exercise that is sustained, such as running or cycling. In part this is true, but it is much more than that.

Cardio exercises are actually exercises that raise your heart rate enough to work hard, but not overdoing it. Typically means that you feel the performance, but still are able to breathe regularly and speaking with little difficulty as you work. (more…)

Fitness training is aimed at the integral development of all the physical qualities of the subject: a cardiovascular workout to develop the cardiorespiratory system, a weight training and flexibility and elasticity to enhance the neuromuscular system, all accompanied by a sound diet and balanced and, if necessary, supplementation is appropriate for each particular case. Fitness Tips for Beginners

If you are a beginner, it is best to have a personal trainer to guide you, after a few months you will have learned to use equipment correctly and you may consider to continue training on your own or with a partner.

If you can not afford a coach then you have a little more difficult but not impossible, just that you learn on your own to do the exercises and structured routines. You can start with weight training for beginners and then move to others.

Do not get obsessed with one part of your body, includes exercises for abs, arms, back, chest and legs. The muscular development is integral to achieve symmetry. Strive a little more in those places where you see fewer results.

Before going to split routines is recommended to start working with weights exercising all muscle groups for 3 sessions for several weeks to reach a minimum of conditions.

Gain Muscle Quickly

Gain MuscleSome guy in the gym is difficult to complete a set of barbell squats before re-racking weights. He feels very tired and has a great guzzle your water bottle.

He looks down at his watch and presses the start button to begin counting in 2 minutes.

Someone said that in order to gain muscle quickly, the ideal time to rest between representatives is 2 minutes and want to make it precise. Whenever the watch beeps find him in the squat rack, ready for another series of representatives.

He steps on the preparedness of each battle. Time is. Although he still feels a little weak, the heart beat faster, you feel completely well again he heads to the frame. The watch beeped and that means that he will return to perform another set, regardless of how you feel.

Outdoor physical activity

Physical activity as such has many possibilities and variations. We made from meticulously designed training sessions free of physical exercise, I would point out that the fact that an activity is free, it means no further security parameters at both the cardiovascular, joint, physiological, etc … Any meeting of training and practice any physical activity that is conducted should be commensurate with the physical capacity that we have.

The outdoor physical activity can encompass many possibilities. From a race for a ride from one city to stroll through a park, a hiking route to a weekend or a bike ride.

Usually we tend to develop working hours indoors. In this usually spend one third of the day, so if you add that time spent watching television at home or in front the computer, leave us a lot of hours daily. At this time our eyes can not see more than a few meters because we develop activities in an enclosed area. (more…)

The term “aqua” is to mix the terms ‘fitness’ and ‘water’. This is a variation in the aerobic aquatic environment. The inclusion of this practice in our society is increasing. Its success is mostly in sectors of the population are elderly or who have suffered some kind of joint damage, muscle or bone.

Water aerobics sessions can be structured in four main blocks:

* Stretching: Will always on the edge of the pool, where we will have a fixed support. It is a vital step to prevent tendon and muscle injuries.

* Activation: Phase of warming that helps us move from a passive to an active phase, gradually increasing body temperature and heart rate and adjusting muscles, tendons, joints … the level of sport we want to achieve. (more…)
