
Before you go and start filling your face with all sorts of rubbish is important to note that the food you eat has to be clean and healthy foods including whole grain breads, fruits, vegetables, lean meats and dairy products.

Most often when loading is a good idea for you to obtain high quality protein powder that can be consumed immediately after a workout. The reason for this is because once you finish your workout your muscles are broken down and need a quick dose of simple carbohydrates and proteins. As the body digests food in liquid forms faster, consume a protein shake will help feed the muscles faster.
Multivitamin
While the development of your muscles are in constant use of vitamins and minerals muscles and cells in the body needs to function. Taking a multivitamins before a workout will help replenish your body with vitamins and minerals are lost. When choosing a multivitamin is also important that you try to avoid multivitamins with iron in them, as this can cause constipation.
Weight Gainer
This is a very useful product if you are a hard gainer. Basically, if your metabolism is fast and crazy you find that putting in any kind of weight is very hard to do then this will do wonders for you. It is full of carbohydrates and protein, and all the necessary amino acids your body needs. I have also personally used a weight gainer like I have a hard time putting on weight and, along with regular meals and I also work in a shake or two and this has helped me to gain 15-20 pounds.
Carbohydrates
As mentioned above in the section of protein your muscles are in desperate need of quickly digested carbohydrates in order to fill glycogen stores lost. Now the easiest and least expensive way is to add some fruits in your protein shake but there are carbohydrate powders out there that can blend into your drinks that have been made for this exact purpose. Again I tried some of them do work but they do cost.
